The Purpose of Ksitas
Ksitas is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Corporation created 11-1-2019 created for the sole the purpose of rebuilding houses for those that lost their home and all of their possessions in the fires of October 24th and 25th in Ejido Morelos, Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.

Ksitas is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and 100% compliant with all laws in the US. You will receive a tax deductible receipt for your donation.
100% of your donations go to materials and labor for building houses.
[paragraph extra=””]Step #1 – We work with municipality officials and community leaders to identify the families most in need. We only accept rebuild projects for those without any other family support, that are not renting, and where the land belongs to the family.[/paragraph]
[paragraph extra=””]Step #2 – We engage local construction companies to donate time for the design, negotiating the lowest material costs, arranging delivery of materials and providing a site supervisor. Crews working these projects a modest salary so we can have a stable workforce, and we also accept free labor from those that can get by without being paid.[/paragraph]
